1. Secure your marquee in advance

To ensure availability for your desired event date, we recommend booking your marquee with Monaco Marquees as early as possible, especially during the busy summer months. Marquees are in high demand, and we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We advise booking a minimum of six months in advance to secure your spot.

2. Confirming your booking

Once you’ve selected your marquee and discussed the details with our team, your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit of the total cost. This deposit guarantees your reservation and allows us to proceed with the necessary preparations for your event.

3. Preparing for delivery

Approximately one week prior to your event, a member of our team will reach out to you to arrange the delivery day and time. For larger events held at corporate venues, we often plan the delivery date months in advance to accommodate specific timing requests. Rest assured that we strive to be flexible and meet your needs as best as possible.

4. Adjustments and alterations

Up to one week before your event, you have the opportunity to make small alterations to your order, depending on availability. We understand that last-minute changes can arise, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests. Just reach out to our team, and we’ll work with you to make the necessary adjustments.

5. Delivery and marquee setup

On the scheduled delivery day, our experienced team will arrive promptly with all the necessary equipment to erect your marquee. We’ll work efficiently to set up the marquee, ensuring a seamless installation. During this process, we’ll provide you with an estimated completion time, allowing you to plan and prepare accordingly.
