Flooring Options
Things to consider
There are two main types of flooring we offer. A lot of your decision with flooring will depend on the surface in which you are considering to have your marquee on as well as the style you have in mind.
The two main options of offer are either coconut matting which is a hessian style matting which is laid upon a waterproof base then nailed down using galvanised securing pins. To have the coconut matting the ground upon which the marquee is erected must be relatively flat and free of severe divots or mounds. The second type of flooring is our interlocking hard flooring in which the entire surface of your marquee will be covered in a raised wooden floor. It gives your marquee a solid surface and can be laid on any type of ground including concrete. Carpet is laid on top giving it the perfect finish. Your marquee adviser will be happy to give advice on which style of flooring is suitable for your wedding.

Toilets
If you are having your marquee wedding at home, having the correct toilet facilities is always worth early consideration. We work with many suppliers of luxury toilet trailers and can liaise with them on your behalf to make sure you have the right size and convenient delivery and collection times. A toilet trailer can range between £500 and £900 depending on the amount of guests you are expecting.

Whether you are considering an elegant three course dinner, buffet, barbeque or hog roast we can ensure that you will have the appropriate size marquee.
It is common that you will require a catering marquee if there is no onsite kitchen and again this is something that can be discussed on your site visit.

Powering Your Event
Getting the power right for your event is absolutely crucial, our experts can advise whether you will be able to use power from onsite sources or if you may need a generator. This element of your event can be looked at and discussed on your site visit. If it is the case that a generator is required then Monaco Marquees have very strong relationships with suppliers in and around Surrey who will be able to provide very competitive quotes.
